Help with your formulation ($895 each) We provide guidance on a range of product development issues that affect your final product. From nutrient content to ingredients and allergens, we work with you to determine formulation changes needed to meet your product goals. We can also help you improve your product’s nutrient profile, provide guidance on health and nutrition claims, and suggest modifications for export.
File Review
Review a past project file ($200) We are happy to provide perspective or answer questions on a past project with our File Review service. This service is helpful if there have been recent regulatory developments, formulation changes, or other issues affecting your product label.
Recipe Analysis for Cookbooks & Websites
We conduct recipe analysis according to your product specifications. We provide you with a report showing the ingredient contribution of each specified nutrient, apply the FDA rounding rules, and present your nutrient profiles in a ready-to-publish format.
Restaurant Menu Labeling
We analyze your menu items and provide calorie counts for your printed menus and menu boards, along with additional nutrient information required for restaurant menu labeling laws.
